Shipping policy

1. Order Confirmation Time
After successful payment, we will complete order review, information verification, and address confirmation within one business day. Review processes are not processed on weekends and public holidays; orders will automatically be postponed to the next business day.

2. Warehouse Preparation and Processing Time
After approval, in-stock goods will enter the warehouse for re-inspection, sorting, sealing, packaging, and shipment. The overall processing time is 3-4 business days. All goods are checked for appearance, sealing, and integrity before shipment to ensure buyers receive genuine, undamaged products.

3. Shipping Warehouse and Logistics Channels
All orders are shipped from a reputable cross-border warehouse in China, using stable international dedicated logistics lines throughout the process. Customs clearance is reliable, delivery is stable, and the entire process is trackable.

4. International Shipping Time
After the package leaves the warehouse, the normal international shipping time is 5-12 business days. Distance between countries, customs inspections, and peak season congestion may cause temporary delays, which are normal phenomena in international logistics.

5. Logistics Tracking Method
After the package leaves the warehouse, the system automatically generates a logistics tracking number, which we will send to the customer's registered email address immediately. Buyers can check the transportation, customs clearance, and delivery progress online at any time.

6. Available Delivery Countries
We support delivery to most countries and regions, including the United States, Europe, Australia, and other major regions such as Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand.

7. Unsupported Shipping Regions
To comply with international logistics regulations, we do not support shipping to high-risk, sanctioned, or war-torn countries, including restricted regions such as Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Venezuela.

8. Delivery Notes
All overseas customs duties and import taxes are borne by the recipient. The buyer is responsible for any package returns and losses caused by incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or no one to sign for the package. Working days are calculated only from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.
